All of our centres operate by appointment only, ensuring privacy and discretion for every client.

Aylesbury Therapy

Opened November 2023 Our first centre opened in the heart of Aylesbury Old Town, Buckinghamshire, and is located on the first and second floors of 15 Temple Street. Set within a beautiful period property full of character and charm, the centre offers a warm, welcoming environment designed to support your therapeutic journey. Aylesbury Therapy features four private counselling rooms and is home to a diverse team of experienced, qualified counsellors, psychotherapists and wellbeing practitioners, offering a wide range of therapeutic approaches and specialist services. We are also proud to offer our Low Cost Counselling Service, delivered by carefully selected trainee counsellors who are professionally supervised throughout their placement. This affordable service is available for anyone aged 16 or over seeking support with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, low mood, self-esteem, relationship difficulties and many other emotional challenges.

Tring Therapy

Opened March 2025! Following the success of our Aylesbury centre, we expanded into Tring, Hertfordshire, where we found another beautiful period building full of character and charm. Located on the second floor of 48 High Street, Tring Therapy has been thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful and welcoming environment for both clients and practitioners. The centre includes three private counselling rooms, a flexible space for group work, meetings and small training events, along with a dedicated treatment room used by professionals offering services such as aesthetics, acupuncture, sports massage and complementary therapies. Our Tring centre is also home to our Low Cost Counselling Service, where trainee counsellors provide affordable therapy while receiving regular professional supervision and ongoing clinical support.

Amersham Therapy

Opening July 2026! We are delighted to be expanding into Old Amersham with the opening of The Garden Room in July 2026. Situated on the ground floor within the historic Market Square, this tranquil and discreet therapy space has been designed to provide a calm and relaxing environment where clients can feel comfortable, supported and heard. Our Amersham team includes experienced, qualified counsellors and psychotherapists offering therapy for a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. We will also be providing our Low Cost Counselling Service, delivered by trainee counsellors working under professional clinical supervision.
